The Sellafield Project involved multiple sizemeric reinforced concrete structures erected over a seven year period for various main contractors (including Vinci, Balfour Beaty, Amec and Birse).
This Twin Cable Stay footprint is adjacent to the railway line over the Thames, from Waterloo to Embankment tube stations.
Balldock bypass Tunnel

This Project was completed as a joint venture with Norwest and Kier.
A £450,000,000 project, Boretech completed all of the reinforced concrete works for the tram rail and substations; the work was undertaken as a joint venture with Taylor Woodrow and Alstom.
Severn Trent Water Treatment works
Boretech completed various reinforced concrete structures for Norwest Construction under the Severn Trent amp 4 framework.
Bolton Water Street Detention Tank
We provided all labour and plant to form the base and pre-cast roof section.
The project was to construct 14 shafts varying from 5m to 18m in depth along side the River Mersey and to construct two outfall chambers working in tidal conditions.
We provided all labour and plant including our own mobile cranes and designed and supplied the circular shutters and all access scaffolding and falsework.
Ladybower Viaducts Remedials
The project was to demolish the arches of the viaducts and recast. Due to the constraints all demolition was carried out using hand held breakers. The formwork had to be designed to split into manageable sections, as the use of cranes was not possible; this project was undertaken with Norwest for Severn Trent Water.
